Do you live in a condominium or homeowners association within the District?  Do you have questions or concerns about the laws that affect your community?  You have come to the right place!  The DC Legislative Action Committee (DCLAC) is a volunteer, nonpartisan committee of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).  We actively monitor, support or oppose, and have influenced legislation that directly affects community associations in the District.  We are here to here to help you get involved and stay informed.
